Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture with Core HR ,Talent Management, ORC, and Learning.

- Design scalable HCM solutions aligned with business, HR, and enterprise architecture objectives.

- Define and govern Core HR best practices, workforce structures, security, and data governance.

- Lead end-to-end implementations including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

- Oversee integrations with payroll, ERP, and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow.

- Review and validate Core HR, Talent, ORC, and Learning configurations and solution designs.

- Conduct impact assessments for enhancements, quarterly releases, and system changes.

- Provide architectural guidance on security, compliance, reporting, and workforce data management.

- Mentor project teams and drive adoption of Oracle HCM best practices.
