Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Oracle HCM specialist with expertise in Compensation, ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Redwood, OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), Payroll, and Security. The role involves configuring and supporting Oracle HCM modules, including Compensation plans, recruiting workflows, time and labor rules, payroll processes, and role-based security setups.

The professional will participate in requirement gathering, design, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, performing system testing, coordinating integrations with other Oracle and third-party applications, preparing documentation, and supporting end users with training and best practices. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to process improvements, and providing ongoing production support and enhancement recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to translate functional needs into Oracle HCM configurations.




- Experience in Consulting, including requirement analysis, solution design, stakeholder communication, and client-facing delivery.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle HR and Oracle HCM modules, including Compensation, ORC, Redwood, OTL, Payroll, and Security configuration.
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications architecture and Integration with related systems and tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, and documenting Oracle HCM solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; prior experience with enterprise HR or ERP implementations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with security best practices, data privacy, and compliance in HR technology environments is beneficial.
