As part of the HR Transformation Team, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver technology-enabled HR transformation solutions, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

Your Role

As a Manager HR Transformation, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations and building strong working relationships with clients and project teams. You will leverage your functional and product expertise to translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) module.
- Design, build, and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud to align with organizational recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Understand business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud product capabilities and features.
- Translate functional requirements into effective system configurations and scalable solutions.
- Lead and participate in client demonstrations, workshops, requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live,



and post-go-live support.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and facilitate solution validation with business stakeholders.
- Design and implement recruiting processes covering:

- Job requisitions

- Candidate screening and management

- Interview scheduling

- Offer management

- Candidate communications

- Onboarding
- Analyze Oracle Recruiting Cloud quarterly updates, new features, and enhancements and assess their impact on existing business processes.
- Recommend and implement system improvements and best-practice solutions.
- Provide functional support and guidance to HR teams, hiring managers, and employees.
- Develop and deliver end-user training to maximize adoption and effective utilization of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation.
- Manage client relationships and effectively communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined timelines and quality standards.
- Contribute to solution development, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the HR Transformation practice.

Key Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).




- Mandatory end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation experience.
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) certification is required.
- Strong hands-on experience in ORC configuration and implementation.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality, industry trends, best practices, and current product features.
- Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
- Experience across the complete project lifecycle, including:

- Client demonstrations and workshops

- Requirement gathering

- Business/process analysis

- Solution design

- Configuration

- CRPs

- Testing and UAT

- Cutover
- Go-live
- Post-production support
- Strong understanding of recruiting and onboarding business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Prior experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong commitment to project deadlines and delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Education

- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or another relevant discipline; or
- Post Graduate Diploma; or
- Masters degree in Business, HR, or another relevant field.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud – ORC consultant with strong functional expertise, hands-on implementation experience, ORC certification, and proven ability to work directly with clients. You should be comfortable owning workstreams, leading discussions, translating business needs into Oracle solutions, and delivering high-quality outcomes within project timelines.
