We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional skilled to support and govern the Oracle Fusion Center of Excellence (CoE), with a strong emphasis on technical architecture, integrations, extensions, data, and solution governance. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud along with strong functional understanding of enterprise business processes, particularly within the EPC domain. This is a contractual role requiring close collaboration with business, technical teams, implementation partners, and stakeholders.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 10+ years of total experience with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Robust techno-functional expertise with primary focus on Oracle Fusion technical architecture and solutions.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Mandatory EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) domain experience.

- Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration architecture.

- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion extensions, configurations, workflows, and application frameworks.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion data migration, data models, interfaces, reporting, and technical troubleshooting.

- Strong experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion security, roles, access controls, and technical governance.

- Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, technical impact assessment, regression testing, and release management.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion functional processes across Finance, Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain, or related modules.

- Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion technical solutions.

- Experience in technical design, solution reviews, architecture governance,



and integration design.

- Experience working with implementation partners and managing technical deliverables.

- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Support and govern the Oracle Fusion Center of Excellence with a strong technical focus.

- Define and enforce Oracle Fusion technical architecture, development standards, integration standards, and governance frameworks.

- Design, review, and govern Oracle Fusion integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.

- Lead technical solution design for Oracle Fusion configurations, extensions, workflows, and custom requirements.

- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into appropriate Oracle Fusion technical solutions.

- Support Oracle Fusion data migration, interfaces, reporting, data validation, and technical troubleshooting.

- Develop and govern OTBI and BI Publisher reporting solutions and support enterprise reporting requirements.

- Review Oracle Fusion security, roles, access controls, and technical compliance.

- Lead technical assessment of Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, including impact analysis, regression testing, and release readiness.

- Provide technical guidance for Oracle Fusion implementations, enhancements, integrations, and optimization initiatives.

- Ensure Oracle Fusion solutions effectively support EPC business processes and enterprise requirements.

- Work closely with functional consultants to validate requirements, configurations, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.

- Review technical designs and deliverables from implementation partners and development teams.

- Identify technical risks, performance issues, integration gaps, and opportunities for automation and optimization.

- Maintain Oracle Fusion technical documentation, standards, architecture principles, and CoE knowledge repositories.

- Act as a technical point of contact between business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and implementation partners.
