We are seeking an experienced Oracle Forms, Reports & APEX Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support high-performance Oracle-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database technologies , with hands-on experience in application development, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, analyzing requirements, developing scalable solutions, optimizing database performance, and supporting mission-critical systems operating in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Oracle Forms & Reports (12c/19c) .
- Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and views .
- Create complex business reports using Oracle Reports .
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using Oracle APEX (22.x or higher) .
- Build interactive dashboards, reports, charts, and data visualizations.
- Perform database design and maintenance activities, including tables, indexes, and views.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely application support.
- Conduct performance tuning of Oracle applications, SQL queries, and PL/SQL code.




- Support application deployments and migrations across Development, Test, and Production environments.
- Integrate applications using REST APIs, JSON, and XML technologies .
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and support documentation.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution of system issues.
- Support critical business applications in a 24x7 operational environment.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, and Oracle APEX Development .
- Robust expertise in Oracle Developer 12c/19c .
- Experience with Oracle Database 12c/19c .
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming .
- Proficiency in Oracle APEX Development .
- Experience developing and optimizing database objects.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database Architecture.
- Experience with XML, JSON, and REST API integrations .
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux Shell Scripting .
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience migrating Oracle Forms applications from Developer 2000 / 6i / 10g / 11g to 12c/19c .
- Pro*C Programming.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
- JavaScript Frameworks.
- Oracle Analytics / OBIEE.
- Power BI.
- Microsoft Azure.
- Python or R.
- Responsive UI Design and Theme Roller customization.
