We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle Finance modules, supporting financial processes, troubleshooting issues, and working with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Finance solutions.

Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Financials.

Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management.

Configure and maintain Oracle Financial modules based on business requirements.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.

Handle issues related to invoices, payments, receipts, journals, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.

Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and customizations.

Work closely with Oracle technical teams for RICE components and integrations.

Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, testing, and implementation activities.

Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Prepare test scenarios, functional documentation, and user guides.





Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders.

Participate in UAT, SIT, regression testing, and deployment activities.

Provide user training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 / R12.2 Financials.

Good Functional Knowledge Of General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management

Understanding of Oracle Subledger Accounting (SLA).

Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Experience with accounting setups, ledgers, legal entities, operating units, and chart of accounts.

Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts.

Experience In Requirements Gathering, Configuration, Testing, And Production Support. Good knowledge of Oracle EBS integration with other applications.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

Knowledge of Oracle Financial Reporting, BI Publisher, and OTBI.

Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Experience with AP/AR automation and payment processes.

Knowledge of FAH / Accounting Hub.

Experience in Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
