As an Oracle Finance Senior Associate, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.
This role at PwC Acceleration Center India offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards, and reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and implementing Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Finance systems
- Managing and maintaining Oracle Financials to validate continuous system performance and reliability
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation
- Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends, informing strategic decision-making
- Developing financial reports and presenting insights to stakeholders to support financial planning and forecasting
- Upholding qualified and technical standards in financial management and reporting
- Navigating complex client engagements to build meaningful relationships and deliver quality solutions
- Mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and enhance team performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret financial data and trends
- Excelling in business process improvement and finance transformation
- Navigating complex financial systems and regulatory compliance issues
