Zensar Technologies Limited is looking for a skilled Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Tester to drive testing and quality assurance across its Oracle EPM Cloud implementations. The role involves validating system functionality, financial calculations, data integrations, and reporting solutions across multiple EPM modules, while collaborating with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases for Oracle EPM implementations.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Verify metadata, calculations, business rules, forms, dashboards, data loads, and reports.
- Validate integrations between Oracle EPM, Oracle ERP/Fusion, HCM, data warehouses, and third‑party applications.
- Conduct data reconciliation and financial validation to ensure calculation and reporting accuracy.
- Create and maintain defect logs, track issues, and work with consultants and developers for resolution.
- Support system integration testing (SIT), UAT, production deployment, and post‑production validation activities.
- Participate in requirement reviews, provide testing estimates, and recommend quality‑assurance improvements.
- Prepare test execution reports, quality metrics, and defect summaries for stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of software testing experience, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle EPM testing.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EDMCS).
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.




- Proficiency with defect management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
- Ability to create detailed test cases, execution reports, and traceability matrices.
- Strong SQL skills and data validation expertise.
- Experience with API and integration testing (preferred).
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification (preferred).
