Oracle EPBCS Application Support Engineer – Remote Contract

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPBCS Application Support Engineer to provide application support, troubleshooting, and technical leadership for enterprise planning and budgeting systems.

Responsibilities

- Act as an SME and lead application support activities.
- Diagnose and resolve complex EPBCS application issues.
- Analyze system logs and perform root-cause analysis.
- Implement corrective actions to ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with multiple technical and business teams.
- Lead efforts to improve support processes and system reliability.
- Provide technical solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills




- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) .
- Solid knowledge of application support and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with complex issue resolution in integrated enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and make technical decisions.

Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Oracle Planning & Budgeting / EPBCS .
- Strong application support and production troubleshooting experience.
- SME/lead-level experience preferred.

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote | Contract | No Travel
