Oracle EBS HRMS/Payroll Functional Consultant

Experience: 6–10 Years

Locations: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Noida

Mandatory Skills

- 6–10 years hands-on Oracle EBS R12 HRMS/Payroll experience
- Strong expertise in Core HR & Payroll
- Hands-on SSHR, OTL & Absence Management
- Strong experience in Fast Formulas
- Basic SQL/PLSQL knowledge
- Understanding of Oracle APIs/packages
- Ability to prepare functional specifications & project documentation
- Experience in requirements gathering, workshops and functional problem-solving
- Strong client-facing & communication skills

Key Screening Combination Oracle EBS R12 + Core HR + Payroll + SSHR + OTL + Absence Management + Rapid Formulas

Important: Candidates should have project-level hands-on experience across the mandatory HRMS modules , not just keyword exposure.
