Job Title: OQC Visual Inspection Operator

Department: Quality / OQC

Location: Surajpur , Greater Noida

Reporting To: OQC Supervisor / Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for conducting visual inspection of finished PCBs and electronic assemblies at the OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) stage to ensure products meet defined quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform 100% visual inspection of finished PCBs/electronic assemblies as per approved inspection standards.
- Check PCB appearance, component placement, soldering quality, polarity, missing components, damaged components, and other visible defects.
- Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming products.
- Verify product/model number, PCB identification, labels, and other required markings.
- Use magnifying glass, microscope, or other visual inspection tools where required.
- Follow OQC inspection criteria, SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Record inspection results, defects, rejection quantities, and other quality-related information.
- Inform the OQC Supervisor/Quality Engineer immediately about major or repeated defects.
- Ensure inspected and approved products are properly identified and segregated from rejected products.




- Maintain proper ESD precautions while handling electronic components and PCBs.
- Follow 5S, safety, cleanliness, and workplace discipline requirements.
- Support quality improvement activities and maintain proper inspection records.

Required Skills
- Valuable observation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of PCB and electronic components.
- Ability to identify visual defects and abnormalities.
- Ability to read part numbers, labels, and basic production/inspection documents.
- Basic knowledge of soldering and PCB assembly is preferred.
- Good eyesight and ability to perform repetitive visual inspection work.
- Ability to follow SOPs and quality instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: 10th / 12th pass or ITI preferred.
- Experience: 6–1 years of experience in PCB/SMT/electronics manufacturing or quality inspection preferred.
