Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage Oracle HCM (Core HR) module, including data management, reporting, and analytics.

- Oversee payroll processing using Oracle Payroll and EBS systems.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through IRecruitment and SSHHR processes.

- Provide technical support to end-users on various HR applications such as OTL.

Job Requirements :

- 8-17 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.

- Robust expertise in Core HR, Payroll, IRecruitment, OTL modules of Oracle HCM.

- Proficiency in Oracle Payroll and EBS systems is essential.
