Key Requirements

? Experience in W2 Recruitment and US Staffing

? Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, referrals, and Boolean search

?Experience recruiting candidates on H1B, OPT/STEM OPT, H4 EAD, GC, and USC

? Strong candidate screening, interview coordination, and relationship management skills

? Ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
