Role & responsibilities :
- Operate tablet compression machines as per SOPs and BMR/BPR.
- Perform machine setup, operation, cleaning and changeover activities.
- Monitor compression parameters and in-process checks.
- Maintain GMP, safety and 5S standards.
- Complete batch records, logbooks and other production documentation.
- Report machine/process abnormalities and coordinate with QA/QC and Engineering.
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma / B.Pharm or relevant qualification.
- Experience in OSD pharmaceutical production, preferably tablet compression.
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
