We have started a company named Jainaveer Limited which will provide industrial services in cement, iron pellet, and sponge iron plants. Through innovation , we have developed a method that consumes less fuel and time compared to the currently prevalent _Refractory Dry Out Process_ method.

We will be able to save approximately 5000 litres of diesel, thereby reducing the damage caused to the setting, and the time saved compared to the current process will proportionately ensure increased furnace availability, through which we will be able to produce more sponge iron and electricity (power).

We need human resources to start the work. We need employees who have a technical mindset and who maintain polite/courteous relations with customers. We want to hire employees from different states _who are willing to travel to different locations to provide their service_.

Our job is to heat the furnace using a specific amount of available heat,



by spraying diesel and other suitable fuels at high pressure through appropriate burners, in order to prepare it for burning the primary fuel, coal. This can be described as a form of heating .

Whenever this process is carried out after a large-scale replacement of refractory, it has to be done at a very slow and controlled rate so that the moisture present in the refractory is first removed, and thereafter the required temperature is achieved in a controlled manner. This ensures that sufficient heat to burn coal is already present in the furnace before coal is sprayed. In this situation, the next quantity of coal that is sprayed starts burning automatically, and there is no need to spray additional diesel.

Therefore, primarily, our job is to spray and burn the appropriate quantity of fuel. For this, we ensure the diesel spray rate and achieve it at the directed rate and level by measuring the rate of temperature rise .
