Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction training for new joiners at Mswipe
- Deliver training on company
processes, policies & product features
- Design training content, modules, PPTs and assessments
- Conduct refresher and upskilling training for existing staff
- Track trainee performance and prepare training MIS reports
- Coordinate closely with Operations, HR, and Quality teams
- Stay updated on Mswipe products, devices and payment solutions
Required Skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of process & product training
- Ability to simplify complex fintech concepts
- Good command over MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Confidence in handling large batches
Qualification
- Any graduate
- Experience as a trainer/process trainer/product trainer preferred
- Fintech or payment industry experience will be an added advantage
