Job responsibilities -

- Hands-on Leadership of support team

- Ensuring all Email and phone correspondence with students is completed in timely manner.

- Supervising end-to-end order processing of e-transcripts procurement and delivery

- Managing relationships with university officials and partners

- Analytics

- Revenue maximization

Eligibility -

- 8+ years total operational support experience

- 3+ years of team leadership experience.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Meticulous and hands-on approach to the job

- Bachelors degree in any stream

- Experience in education counselling / college admissions / ed-tech sector will be an added plus.
