Role Description The Operations Trainee will support day-to-day operational activities, helping restaurant clients and internal teams use SARUH’s platform effectively. This full-time, on-site role in Thane involves monitoring data dashboards, preparing basic operational reports, and assisting in process improvement initiatives.

The Trainee will coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, document workflows, and support implementation of new features or procedures. The role also includes communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress on operational tasks,



and ensure smooth execution of projects related to client operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interpersonal abilities.
- Foundational understanding of Sales and client interaction, with an interest in supporting revenue and customer success activities.
- Basic knowledge of Operations Management to assist in process mapping, efficiency improvements, and daily operational coordination.
- Exposure to Project Management principles, including task tracking, coordination, and timely follow-up.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards; familiarity with analytics or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Thane, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
