Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and analytical fresh graduates to join us as Operations Program Manager Trainees. In this role, you will support operational excellence initiatives, project coordination, process improvement programs, and cross-functional business operations. This position offers an excellent prospect to develop strong project and program management skills while working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
- Support project management activities, including planning, execution, tracking, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.




- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational projects.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

Mandatory Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess both of the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (BE/B. Tech) in any one of the following disciplines:

- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (E&I;)
- Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering
- Robotics Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering

Postgraduate Qualification (Mandatory)

- MBA / PGDM in Operations Management
