Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for security, solar, automation, IT, and electrical projects, ensuring that work is executed on time, within budget, and to established quality standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur involves coordinating project schedules, managing resources, and supervising field and office teams to maintain smooth workflows.

The role includes monitoring installation and service activities, enforcing safety and compliance procedures, and resolving operational issues as they arise.

The Operations

Manager will collaborate with sales, technical,



and finance teams to align operations with customer requirements and organizational goals, while continuously improving processes and performance metrics. Regular reporting, vendor and contractor coordination, and direct communication with clients to ensure service quality and satisfaction are core components of this position.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably in security systems, electrical, solar, automation, or related technical services.
- Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, with attention to timelines and budgets.
- Ability to implement and maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards, ideally in ISO 9001:2015–driven environments.
- Competence with basic IT tools, documentation, and reporting, including MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, vendor management, and internal collaboration.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and drive process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in operations or project management are an advantage.
- Experience working with CCTV, solar, automation, or electrical contracting projects in the field is highly beneficial.
