Role Description The Operations Manager role at Tikaana Living is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will oversee sourcing and day-to-day facility operations across properties, including coordinating maintenance, safety, and housekeeping to ensure a high standard of living for residents. This role involves managing on-ground staff, optimizing occupancy, handling vendor relationships, and monitoring budgets and operational costs.

The Operations Manager will track key performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. The position also includes resolving resident issues promptly,



collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting expansion and new property onboarding activities in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in operations management, property management, or facilities management in residential or hospitality settings.
- Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and stakeholder coordination to manage on-site teams and vendor partners effectively.
- Ability to manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze operational data to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactive issue resolution.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with residents, employers, and internal teams.
- Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad, with familiarity with local regulations and housing norms considered an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
