Role Summary
We are looking for an Operations Manager – Wealth to manage end-to-end operations for Mutual Fund distribution and other wealth products. The role involves transaction execution, RTA/AMC coordination, MIS, and ensuring compliance with SEBI & AMFI regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute MF transactions: Purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP/STP/SWP, NFO
- Work on BSE STAR MF / MFU / NSE NMF II
- Coordinate with CAMS, KFintech, and AMCs
- Support operations for wealth products (Bonds, AIFs, PMS)
- Ensure SEBI/AMFI compliance, EUIN, KYC/CKYC/FATCA
- Prepare MIS, AUM, SIP, and reconciliation reports
Requirements:
- Experience in MF / Wealth operations
- Strong knowledge of MF platforms, RTAs, and compliance
- Good coordination, follow-up, and Excel skills
- NISM Series V-A preferred
