Job Summary We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee daily field operations, manage security personnel, and serve as the main operational link between management, field guards, and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in rapid-paced environments, maintains sharp alarm response protocols, and ensures seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison connecting clients, internal management, and security staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high client satisfaction.

- Alarm Monitoring & Response: Monitor incoming alarm signals, dispatch emergency or on-call personnel immediately, and follow strict escalation protocols to handle security incidents.





- Roster & Workforce Management: Design, update, and manage shift rosters for security guards, ensuring optimal station coverage, and managing unplanned absences.

- Reporting & Quality Control: Review, audit, and compile daily incident reports, patrol logs, and guard activity sheets with exceptional attention to detail before client submission.

- Ad-Hoc Request Handling: Rapidly adapt to emergency coverage needs, special event requests, or sudden client directives with minimal notice

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
