Operations Executive – Food Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive with hands-on experience in the food industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with production and support teams, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Food-industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without relevant food-industry experience should not be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with production, kitchen, procurement, warehouse, delivery, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of daily operations.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, attendance, and work allocation.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Monitor raw materials, inventory, wastage, and stock movement.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments when required.
- Ensure SOPs and company processes are followed.
- Monitor wastage and operational costs and support cost-control initiatives.
- Handle customer/operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.
- Prepare regular MIS/operational reports for management.

Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory: Previous work experience in the food industry.




- Experience in food production, food processing, QSR, restaurant operations, cloud kitchen, bakery, FMCG food, catering, or a similar food-related business will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of day-to-day operational management.
- Robust team coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work according to operational requirements, including shifts/weekends if applicable.

Compensation ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
