Role Summary:

Operations Executive – Insurance at Primedin Wealth will manage the complete lifecycle of insurance policies for our clients. The role involves end-to-end policy operations — from issuance through renewals, endorsements, and cancellations — while ensuring strict adherence to IRDAI & insurance regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end policy operations: issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations with zero-defect accuracy
- Review and validate policy documents to ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal SOPs
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and brokers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth policy processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy records in the system of record; flag anomalies proactively




- Monitor renewal pipelines and initiate timely outreach to ensure no client policy lapses inadvertently
- Support KYC/documentation completeness for new policy issuances across Life, Health, and General insurance
- Handle client and partner queries related to policy status, documentation, and operational timelines
- Support audit and compliance readiness by maintaining proper documentation trails
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to building scalable ops playbooks.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations
- Working knowledge of the insurance policy lifecycle: issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Familiarity with IRDAI regulations, KYC/CKYC norms, and insurance documentation standards
- Experience working with insurer portals, TPA platforms, or insurance management systems
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and escalation skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and reconciliation
- NISM certification or insurance-related qualification preferred
- Prior exposure to Life, Health, or General insurance product lines is a plus
