Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. Freshers can apply too. This role involves coordinating daily tour operations, including scheduling guides, confirming bookings, and ensuring all logistical details are in place before each tour.

The Operations

Executive will handle guest communication, respond to inquiries, manage last-minute changes, and support on-ground execution to deliver smooth and memorable tour experiences.

Responsibilities also include maintaining operational records, monitoring service quality, resolving issues,



and collaborating with internal teams and partners to improve processes. The role requires a hands-on approach, presence at operational hubs as needed, and consistent follow-up to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to coordinate tours, manage logistics, and streamline daily processes.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact with guests, guides, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
- Solid Analytical Skills to review operational data, identify trends, and recommend improvements in efficiency and service quality.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai with flexibility to support operations during peak hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Proficiency with basic office software and booking or CRM tools; comfort with digital communication channels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
