Purpose of the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our production team. You'll own the day-to-day flow of materials into the production line keeping inventory accurate, stock levels optimized, and cross-team coordination seamless. It's a robust fit for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving and wants to see the direct, visible result of their work in how smoothly the plant runs.

What You'll Own

Production & Inventory Operations

- Manage production operations to ensure materials are processed and moved on time
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to prevent both shortages and excess inventory sitting idle
- Handle inventory management end to end — stock reconciliation and material tracking

Coordination & Continuous Improvement

- Coordinate closely with production and other internal teams to keep production activity uninterrupted
- Identify and drive improvements in operational and inventory processes — this role is expected to spot inefficiencies, not just report them
- Support broader continuous improvement initiatives within production operations

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain production, inventory, and stock movement reports
- Ensure accurate, audit-ready documentation of all purchase-related activity and inventory records
- Follow company policies and SOPs consistently while carrying out day-to-day operational activities

What We're Looking For

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years in production, inventory management, stores, or production operations — background in fish feed, poultry, or animal feed preferred
- Someone who notices when a stock number looks off and chases it down, rather than waiting for it to become a production problem
- Comfortable being the person production turns to when material timing is tight — calm under pressure, not just accurate when things are quiet




- A natural process thinker — sees a repeated inefficiency and proposes a fix, rather than working around it quietly every time
- Reliable with follow-through — flags a shortage or delay early rather than hoping it resolves itself
- Comfortable coordinating across production, and stores teams, where priorities don't always line up neatly
- Organized under real-world conditions — able to keep records and reports current even during a busy production week, not just when things are calm

Skills & Competencies

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of stock and inventory management
- Understanding of manpower handling and material planning processes
- Ability to spot and drive improvements in operational and process efficiency
- Knowledge of production coordination and material flow
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Hindi proficiency is mandatory; English and Kannada are an added advantage

Preferred Skill

- Hands-on experience with Automatic Reeling Machines (ARM) is an added advantage
