About My1hour

My1Hour is building a community-led fitness ecosystem offering Yoga, Strength Training and Nutrition services at customers' doorstep. We are now expanding our operations in Bangalore.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive to take ownership of day-to-day Bangalore operations, client experience and trainer coordination. This is an early-stage role with significant responsibility and direct interaction with the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage onboarding and day-to-day communication with Bangalore clients.
- Coordinate trials, session schedules, rescheduling and renewals.
- Coordinate with trainers and ensure smooth delivery of sessions.
- Follow up with leads and support trial-to-client conversions.
- Maintain and update client/operations data on CRM tool.
- Track feedback, attendance, payments and operational issues.
- Prepare basic monthly MIS on clients, trials, conversions and revenue.




- Support local partnerships and growth initiatives as Bangalore expands.

Who we're looking for

- 6months-2 years of experience in Sales / Operations / Customer Success / Service Operations .
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and operational software.
- Willing to work in a hands-on startup environment.
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
