About Olixir Oils

Olixir Oils is a growing food brand focused on bringing high-quality, traditionally produced and cold-pressed oils to consumers. We are building a strong, efficient operation and are looking for an Operations Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution
- Coordinate production, procurement, inventory and dispatch
- Maintain stock records and ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and logistics partners
- Track orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Maintain operational records, MIS and daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with production and other internal teams
- Monitor quality, wastage and operational efficiency
- Help develop and implement SOPs and processes
- Identify operational issues and proactively resolve them
- Support HORECA and institutional orders
- Assist the management team in improving systems and scaling operations

What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, FMCG, food, manufacturing, retail or a related industry




- Solid coordination and communication skills
- Good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities
- Someone who is organised, proactive and takes ownership
- Comfortable working in a growing and evolving business environment
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Candidates from Ahmedabad preferred
