ROLE OBJECTIVE: The School Operations Executive will be the operational backbone of Music Master .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES School & Store Operations (50%)



Coordinate daily classes and schedules Coordinate with music teachers Maintain student attendance and records Communicate with parents and students Handle enquiries and follow-ups Coordinate admissions and trial/demo classes Manage classroom readiness and basic infrastructure Coordinate exams, performances and events Track fees, pending payments and student-related documentation Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the school Website & Content (50%) Add and update website content Write straightforward blogs and music-related articles Update photos, videos and announcements Keep course information, schedules and other website information current Maintain a content calendar
