Job Role and Responsibility: An Operations Executive in Engineering Production manages daily manufacturing activities, optimizes plant workflows, and ensures production targets are met safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Execution: Implements daily and weekly manufacturing schedules. Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield, and output goals.
- Shop Floor & Process Control: Monitors assembly lines or processing parameters to maintain product consistency. Inspects workstations, stops non-conforming processes, and corrects faults immediately.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborates with quality assurance, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering groups to resolve technical or material bottlenecks.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforces environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.
Maintains documentation for quality management frameworks (such as ISO or Lean standards).
- Continuous Improvement:Drives root-cause analysis for production errors and implements waste-reduction or automation strategies.
Education: Any Graduate Languages: English, Hindi
General skills: Verbal and written communication, Excel Formulas, Discipline, Self learner,
Occupational Skills:
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing principles, machinery operation, and reading technical drawings or bill of materials (BOM).
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot equipment downtime and fix process bottlenecks on the shop floor.
- Data Management: Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP/MRP) software and reporting metrics via spreadsheets.
