Packreach is a ground-level zero-stage startup building a B2B packaging products supply business from scratch.

Everything is being built from ground zero — vendor network, product database, processes, customer operations and order management.

looking for a responsible, proactive and dependable Operations Executive who is comfortable working in an early-stage environment and taking ownership of the backend operations.

What You Will Handle

Client Requirements

- Receive and understand packaging requirements
- Collect product specifications, sizes, materials, quantities and printing requirements
- Maintain enquiry and customer records

Vendor & Manufacturer Coordination
- Identify suitable packaging manufacturers and vendors
- Obtain quotations and product details
- Build and maintain a reliable vendor database
- Coordinate samples, production and timelines
- Follow up regularly with vendors

Quotations & Orders
- Prepare quotations based on product cost, quantity, logistics and margins
- Negotiate with vendors where required
- Prepare order details and purchase requirements
- Track payments, production and dispatch

Logistics & Delivery
- Coordinate transportation and shipping

- Track dispatches and deliveries
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding delivery timelines

- Resolve operational issues proactively

Daily Operations
- Maintain enquiry, quotation, order and vendor trackers
- Follow up on pending enquiries and orders
- Keep all operational information updated




- Create simple daily/weekly status reports

- Ensure nothing gets missed

What We Are Looking For

Someone who is

- Highly responsible and dependable
- Strong with follow-ups and coordination
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
- Good at communicating with vendors and customers
- Detail-oriented with pricing, quantities and specifications

- Able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a zero-stage startup environment
- Willing to build processes rather than simply follow existing ones
- Proactive and willing to take ownership

Packaging experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Pay: ₹10,840.44 - ₹20,000.00 per month
