- Continuous Improvement Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM projects; identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
- Process Optimisation Map, analyse, and redesign workflows; standardise SOPs; reduce cycle times and bottlenecks.
- Performance Management Develop KPIs/dashboards; monitor productivity, service levels, inventory, quality, and cost; conduct root cause analysis.
- Cost Reduction Identify savings opportunities; improve resource utilisation, lead projects on working capital, inventory optimisation, and logistics.
- Change Management Drive organisational change; coach teams; build a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Training & Development Conduct Lean Six Sigma training; mentor teams; develop internal champions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors in Supply Chain, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Production/Manufacturing Planning, Scheduling, or Plant Operations.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is mandatory.
