Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end air import operations, including shipment tracking, airline/ground handling coordination, cargo arrival and release, import documentation, customs coordination, and delivery arrangements. Ensures timely shipment movement and customer updates, resolves operational discrepancies, verifies vendor invoices, and prepares regular shipment and performance reports.

Essential Job Functions:

- Handle end-to-end air import operations
- Monitor flight schedules, ETA, cargo arrival, and shipment status through airline/ground handling systems.
- Coordinate with airlines & Ground Handling regarding shipment details, arrival status, discrepancies, and documentation.
- Coordinate with airline/terminal/ground handling teams for cargo arrival, breakdown, segregation, examination, and release.
- Ensure timely receipt and processing of MAWB/HAWB documentation and arrival notices.
- Coordinate with the customs clearance team for timely filing of import declarations and supporting documents.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements with transporters after customs clearance.
- Track shipments from airport arrival to final delivery and provide regular status updates to customers
- Identify and resolve issues related to shortage, damage, misrouting, documentation discrepancies, shipment holds, and customs queries.
- Verify airline,



terminal, customs broker, transporter, and other vendor invoices against agreed rates and actual services
- Prepare daily/weekly shipment status reports, pending shipment reports, arrival reports, and delivery reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Ocean Export operations.
