Celebration Flix is a premium Private Celebration Studio offering private movie screenings, birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, proposals, surprises, food, décor, photography and customized celebration experiences.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Studio Operations & Business Manager who can independently manage the complete studio operations, team and business performance.

The ideal candidate should be a strong people manager, customer-service professional and sales-oriented leader who can take ownership of the complete customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the studio.
- Lead and supervise all studio staff, including duty allocation, attendance and performance.
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, follow-ups and sales conversion.
- Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
- Ensure smooth execution of birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, date nights and private screenings.
- Coordinate décor, food, photography, gifts and other vendors.




- Maintain premium customer experience and handle complaints effectively.
- Manage inventory, operational requirements and basic cash/payment coordination.
- Monitor daily bookings, sales, collections and staff performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, repeat bookings and referrals.
- Ensure the studio maintains high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in Hospitality, Events, Hotels, Restaurants, Banquets, Entertainment, Cinema, Retail or Customer Experience.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales, negotiation and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willing to work weekends and according to booking requirements.

Employment: Full-Time, On-Site

Pay: ₹15,714.46 - ₹78,659.15 per month
