About the Role

Elpido is looking for a confident, proactive, and assertive Operations Executive to manage our service partners and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for coordinating partners, managing bookings, handling onboarding, and making sure operations run without delays.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate Elpido service partners on a daily basis.
- Monitor partner availability, attendance, punctuality, and service quality.
- Ensure bookings are accepted and fulfilled smoothly through the Elpido app.
- Follow up with partners regarding bookings, availability, onboarding, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate partner verification, documentation, uniform collection, and activation.
- Manage partner participation in events, training, and company activities.
- Resolve partner-related issues and handle operational challenges quickly.
- Monitor cancellations, delays,



and unfulfilled bookings and take immediate action.
- Maintain accurate records of partners, bookings, uniforms, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with Marketing, HR, and Management teams.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest ways to improve partner and customer experience.
