About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, organised and proactive Operations & Administration Executive who will work closely with the Co-Founder and support the smooth functioning of day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and administration.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for invoices, expenses, payments and basic MIS.
- Handle guest/client coordination,
meetings and important visits.
- Coordinate with vendors and service provides and follow up on requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in managing office requirements and day-to-day operational issues.
- Work closely with the Co-Founder on administrative and business-related tasks.
- Maintain records, follow-ups and operational reports.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably from hospitality, hotel, restaurant or premium service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable coordination, follow-up and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, guests, vendors and senior management.
- Basic understanding of finance and administrative processes.
- Proactive, presentable and willing to take ownership.
- Candidates who have worked closely with a Founder/Co-Founder/Business Owner will be preferred.
