We are looking for a resource to support the creation, maintenance, and analysis of financial and operational scorecards for client stakeholders. The role will be responsible for gathering and validating data, preparing scorecards and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, maintain, and enhance recurring financial and operational scorecards.

- Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources.

- Track KPIs and identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.

- Develop concise management reports and executive summaries.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reporting outputs.

- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements and drive insights.

- Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests.

Required Skills:





- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), data analysis, and reporting.

- Experience in financial reporting, performance management, and KPI scorecards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is preferred.

- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with reporting and process automation using tools such as VBA, Power Automate, Power Query, Python, Alteryx, or similar automation technologies.

- Ability to identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
