Position Details:

- Designation: Manager Manufacturing Excellence / Operational Excellence
- Location: Taloja
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 10–15 years
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years
- Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer

Preferred Industry Experience: Resins, Specialty Chemicals, Adhesives, Paints, Polymers, Petrochemicals or related process industries.

Key Skills Required:

- Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen and 5S
- Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis
- OEE, productivity, yield and capacity improvement




- Manufacturing cost reduction
- Plant KPI and performance dashboards
- Cross-functional improvement projects
- Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives
