BharatGodam is building an creative Agri-Warehouse Management and Monitoring System to transform how food grain bags are handled across warehouses in India. Role Description The Operation Intern will support day-to-day warehouse operations and process optimization in a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities include assisting with tracking inventory movement, documenting operational activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate data entry into the system. The intern will help monitor warehouse performance metrics, identify process bottlenecks, and support the implementation of operational improvements.
The role may also involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, preparing basic operational reports, and supporting small projects related to warehouse management and system adoption.
Qualifications
- Robust analytical skills to interpret operational data and identify trends or process improvements.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with warehouse staff, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in sales and customer interaction within a supply chain or operations context.
- Foundational understanding of operations management and project management principles.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field.
- Comfort with using digital tools and software platforms; basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad have capcity to do detail-oriented work, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in logistics, warehousing, or agritech is an advantage.
