We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operation Head to oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The candidate will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, managing teams, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall day-to-day operations of the company.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes.
- Monitor productivity, performance, and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchase, HR, and finance teams.
- Ensure smooth supply chain and inventory management.
- Handle vendor management and operational budgeting.
- Improve process efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and manage operational teams across locations.
- Prepare reports and present operational updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of operations, logistics, and process management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail or e-commerce operations.
- Ability to handle multiple teams and branches.
- Analytical mindset with process improvement approach.
