We are looking for an organized and responsible Operations Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, shipping, dispatch, tracking, FBA coordination, and resolving delivery-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily order processing, packing, dispatch, and shipping activities.

- Coordinate with shipping partners and logistics teams for timely deliveries.

- Monitor and update shipment tracking details and follow up on delayed or stuck shipments.

- Handle dispatch-related issues, including failed pickups, delivery delays, RTOs, and shipment discrepancies.

- Manage and coordinate Amazon FBA shipments and related operational activities.

- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, tracking IDs, and dispatch details.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time.

- Follow up with courier/shipping companies to resolve customer delivery issues.





- Check that the correct product, quantity, packaging, and shipping details are maintained before dispatch.

- Prepare regular reports related to orders, shipments, pending dispatches, and delivery status.

- Follow company processes and operational guidelines strictly.

Requirements

- 6 months–2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations / Logistics / Shipping Operations.

- Positive knowledge of shipping portals and order management systems.

- Basic understanding of Amazon FBA and e-commerce order processing.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and operational data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
