Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations

Team Member role based in Vadodara.

The Operations Team

Member will support day-to-day travel operations, including handling bookings, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors and partners, and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests. The role involves monitoring ongoing projects and tasks, tracking operational performance, and assisting with process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Member will collaborate closely with sales and customer-facing teams, prepare and update operational reports, and follow standard operating procedures to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.

Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Experience or aptitude in Sales to support cross-functional collaboration and customer-focused initiatives.

Knowledge of Operations Management for managing workflows, processes, and day-to-day service delivery.

Project Management skills to help plan, track, and complete operational tasks and initiatives on time.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, online platforms).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
