Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning.

- Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical departments.

- Ensure patient satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints.

- Manage manpower, staff discipline, attendance, and productivity.

- Implement and monitor SOPs, policies, and quality standards.

- Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, resources, and cost control.

- Ensure proper facility, equipment, inventory, and infrastructure management.

- Monitor departmental performance and KPIs.

- Ensure statutory, safety, and accreditation compliance.

- Conduct regular department reviews and operational meetings.

- Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports to management.

- Lead teams and ensure effective communication and coordination across the hospital.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
