Job Summary:

We are looking for a Back Office Operations Executive to manage day-to-day coordination across franchise and company-owned jewellery stores, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, payments, settlements, vendor coordination, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with stores, franchisees, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage payment reconciliation, settlements, and store accounts.
- Coordinate jewellery movement, logistics, and order fulfilment.
- Resolve store operational issues and grievances.
- Handle procurement and administrative activities.
- Maintain records of orders, jewellery movement, payments, and settlements.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular operational updates.




- Ensure timely execution and adherence to company processes.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in back-office, retail, franchise operations, or jewellery industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, payment reconciliation, payment gateways, and MIS.
- Robust coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur Experience: 3–5 Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
