The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Promote the company’s financial products and services to potential customers.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand financial requirements.
Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Coordinate with the operations and relationship management teams for smooth client onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare business development reports and MIS.
Perform other business development responsibilities assigned by the management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of financial products and services is preferred. Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
