Role Description The Operation Executive internship is a full time, on-site role based in Indore. The intern will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating student inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth internal workflows.
Responsibilities include assisting with application and documentation processes, tracking operational activities, and helping improve efficiency across departments. The role involves regular communication with students and team members, resolving basic operational issues,
and providing status updates on ongoing cases. The intern will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, reporting, and basic data analysis to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Operations and Operations Management to support and streamline daily consultancy processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, track progress, and contribute to operational improvements.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, spreadsheets, online tools) and comfort working with data and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant academic background in business, management, or related fields is preferred; prior internship or project experience in operations or education services is an advantage.
