Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site mid-senior-level role for an Operations Executive, located in Bengaluru.

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing workflows, ensuring efficient processes, and optimising business procedures. The role includes analysing operational data, coordinating with different teams, addressing operational challenges, and communicating updates effectively to stakeholders.

The candidate will also be responsible for managing and guiding a team of 3–4 members, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, ensuring timely completion of activities, and supporting the team in resolving operational challenges. This role requires strong ownership, leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve organisational goals and operational efficiency.

Qualification





- Strong experience in Operations and Operations Management
- Experience managing or leading a team of 3–4 members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and identify efficiencies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operational role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with tools and technologies that enhance operational processes
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
