? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end OpenText xECM implementation and migration programs

- Drive solution architecture, design and architecture reviews
- Lead discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Develop migration strategies, cutover plans and deployment approaches




- Drive employee file management and digital content transformation
- Ensure content governance, security, retention and compliance
- Coordinate middleware, API, SSO and security teams
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Ensure successful migration readiness and production cutover

? IDEAL CANDIDATE An 11–15 year experienced OpenText ECM / xECM Architect, Solution Architect or Technical Architect with robust enterprise architecture, migration and program leadership experience.

Candidates must have relevant OpenText certification.
