Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced OpenText Exstream & Quadient Inspire CCM Developer/Architect with strong expertise in designing, developing, configuring, and architecting Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream Designer and Quadient Inspire , particularly in document composition, automation workflows, templates, data processing, and print/output management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and design customer communication templates using OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire .
- Create templates, flow pages, components, and tables.
- Configure Inspire Automation and Scaler workflows .
- Work with different data formats and output files such as PDF and AFP .
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and support QA/testing.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare technical solutions.
- Support print, email, and other customer communication requirements.
- Review code and mentor junior developers.
- Work on Banking documents such as Statements, Taxes, and Cheque Processing .
